It is early in the morning at Hope Asylum in Needlesvile, Arizona.
A knock is heard on the other side of Doug's door, and it slowly awakes him from his sleep.
"Doug, it's time to get up", said one of the other doctors of the asylum.
Doug's eyes open up, and his focus is on the door.
The door is unlocked from the other side, and it begins to open.
Doug gets out of his bed and puts on his shoes. The doctors go up to him, place handcuffs on him and then start taking him to the adult section of the asylum,

"You know, you're real lucky to be getting the kind of treatment in this place.", says the doctor.
Doug's head tilts.
"The warden himself actually likes you more than the other patients here. You were the first person under 17 to be brought in here in a long time."
"Yeah", the second doctor says, "Even the other patients know now. Word got out from Francis, the patient that looked at you funny a while back"
His head untitled, Doug's eyes begin to open in shock. He begins to slow down, forcing the doctors to shove him to make him go.
"Come on, move it!" says one of the doctors.

Suddenly, due to the thunderstorm happening from the outside, the power of the asylum gets cut for a brief period of time.
Doug is able to see through the darkness, since he has gotten used to being locked up in a dark room all alone.
"Oh damn it, I can't see shit!", says the 1st doctor. "And now I think Doug is gone to-"
The doctor suddenly stops talking, for he is now being strangled by Doug with the handcuffs on him.
"Dr. Allan?", the 2nd doctor, Dr. Morres, calls out for him.
Dr. Allan is choking from the strangulation and is trying to escape from Doug
"Oh my God, Allan!", yelled out Morres, as he is looking around in the pitch black darkness.

A flash of lightning gives out a line just long enough for Dr. Morres to see Doug strangling Dr. Allan, who is now nearly dead.
When Dr. Morres makes a run towards the two, Doug stops strangling Allan and his body hits the ground, unconscious but not dead.
Morres, still making a charge for it, Doug goes up to him too and without Morres knowing it, Doug deliverers a harsh sucker elbow to Morres' face, and he falls to the floor.
Doug slowly walks up to Dr. Morres, moaning in pain on the ground. Doug takes one last look at him, and then starts to repeatingly stomp on his face until it has become disfigured.
Just before the back up generator kicks in, Doug kneels down to Dr. Moores' dead and disfigured body, takes the handcuff keys he carried with him and then starts to unlock his cuffs.

When the power comes back on, Doug's cuffs are off, but he has to find a way to now sneak out of the asylum.
With the staff too chickenshit to do anything, Doug looks at Dr. Allan's body, and then gets an idea. He goes over to it, picks it up and then sees a door with a window saying "Evidence Room".
He heads over to the door and goes inside the room. Thankfully he is the only one in the room for now, so he puts down Dr. Allan's body, and begins to search the evidence boxes for a knife and any other kinds of weapons.
In 5 minutes, he manages to find 2 hunting knives, a loaded 9mm handgun with 10 other bullets, a needle with some thread, and finally, in another box, the knife he used to kill James, the principal and the detention minister.
He puts the items in his pockets except for one of the hunting knives. Doug then heads back to Dr. Allan's corpse, and begins to cut off his face with the knife starting from the bottom of his throat.

Doug then peals off the skin of Allan's face, and begins to make it into a mask, making two holes on the sides of the skin with the needle to place the thick thread into place to hold the skin on his face.
When finished, Doug puts on his skin mask. After that, Doug's starts to take off his clothes then takes off the clothes from Dr. Allan's corpse.
Doug puts on Dr. Allan's clothes, and tucks in the throat part of the mask in the shirt, covering up his throat along with his face.
Doug then takes out the 9mm pistol and exits the evidence room, searching for a way out. Suddenly, he spots an emergency fire exit door not far to his right.
One of the staff members, a guard named Jimmy, comes out of hiding and looks around. "Well, I guess everything seems fin-"

He then notices Doug disguised as Dr. Allan heading towards him, but without his knowledge, Doug his hiding the gun behind his back.
Since Jimmy has eye problems, from a distance it is hard for him to tell that it's actually Doug with a skin mask. "Dr. Allan? Is that you?", he says
As Doug gets more and more closer to Jimmy, he then realizes something is wrong. "Okay, whoever you are, I need you to stop now and put your hands up.", says Jimmy while pulling out his gun
Doug quickly pulls out his gun and shoots Jimmy in the face at point blank range.
Now knowing that the rest of the staff will come out to see what's going on, Doug makes a run for the fire exit, and escapes just in the nick of time before the rest of the staff comes out of hiding.

Doug, now finally free, continues to run as far away from the asylum, going in the direction back to Needlesvile. Once he is more farther away, he stops running and begins to walk.
While walking through the thunderstorm, Doug begins to see illusions of dead bodies and the rain turning into blood. He continues to walk through it all like it's nothing, knowing that soon he will be back home to finish what he started.
